FAQ

Questions before you buy.

A clear overview of purchasing, holding, and tracking SIGMA.

What is SIGMA?+

SIGMA is the digital token used within the Sigma ecosystem. Customers can purchase SIGMA using USDT on TRON and receive tokens directly in their connected wallet.

How do I purchase SIGMA?+

Connect a compatible TRON wallet, enter the USDT amount you want to use, approve the USDT transaction, and confirm the purchase in your wallet.

Why do I need two wallet confirmations?+

The first confirmation approves the sale contract to use the required USDT amount. The second confirms the purchase itself and delivers SIGMA to your connected wallet.

Which network and wallet are supported?+

The app supports the configured TRON network and TRON-compatible wallets such as TronLink. Check the network shown by the platform before confirming a transaction.

Do I need TRX if I pay with USDT?+

Yes. TRX is required to pay network fees for approval and purchase transactions.

How is the SIGMA amount calculated?+

The sale uses the current configured price, quoted as USDT base units per 1 SIGMA. The executed price is the one stored by the contract when the purchase confirms.

What happens during the lock-in period?+

Principal tokens associated with an active lock-in period remain non-transferable. APR interest can be claimed as SIGMA after each completed 30-day interval.

Can I transfer SIGMA before the lock-in ends?+

No. The transfer restriction is enforced by the smart contract. Eligible tokens become transferable after the applicable lock-in period is complete.

Can I purchase SIGMA more than once?+

Yes. Each successful purchase is tracked separately with its own amount, rate, purchase date, and lock-in schedule.

Does Sigma hold my tokens?+

No. Purchased SIGMA is delivered directly to the wallet you connected to the platform.

How is APR shown?+

The dashboard shows the configured annual rate and any claimable APR interest for each indexed purchase. Review the applicable platform terms before participating.

Does APR unlock my principal early?+

No. APR claims transfer only the earned interest amount. Principal remains locked until the purchase maturity date.

Where can I verify my purchase?+

Each indexed purchase includes its transaction hash. You can open the hash in the configured TRON block explorer and compare it with the purchase details shown in the dashboard.

What happens if I do not have enough TRX?+

The transaction cannot be completed until the connected wallet has enough TRX to cover the network fee. The purchase amount itself is still paid in USDT.
